pIQued respects copyright and expects its users to do the same. If you believe something posted on pIQued infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

What to include

• Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act for the owner.
• The copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• A link to the content on pIQued, or enough detail for us to find it.
• Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.

Signed-in users can also report a post or comment from its ⋯ menu, choosing “Copyright or other intellectual property”.

What happens next

We remove or disable the content and tell the person who posted it. If they believe it was removed by mistake, they can send a counter-notice to the same address with their signature, the content and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and their consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts for their address (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found). We then forward it to you, and may restore the content after 10 business days unless you tell us you have filed a court action.
